Tsar Bomb - Biggest H-Bomb Ever Tested
It's only 50 megatons. I thought they'd built a 200 megaton bomb?
What they DON'T tell you in these films is that hydrogen bombs weigh approximately one tonne per megaton blast yield. Which means a tsar bomb weighs as much as two large diesel locomotives. NOT practical to fly THAT over American skies without it getting shot down.
NO! The actual H-bombs that WILL drop on our cities are pitifully weak... less than 1 megaton each. Which means we'll all lay around for HOURS if not DAYS dying of radiation sickness and burns (or possibly burning to death - slowly - in the wreckage before death finally DOES take us...)
It's only 50 megatons. I thought they'd built a 200 megaton bomb? A 200 megaton bomb dropped on London would incinerate Brighton, which is a full 50 miles, 80 km away...

Which means we'll all lay around for HOURS if not DAYS dying of radiation sickness and burns (or possibly burning to death - slowly - in the wreckage before death finally DOES take us...) NASTY!

Morph! ft. Tony Hart
This is classic!
When I was tiny my favourite prog was The Clangers; Morph only came out when I was older. This is the best though!
