WHEN LONDON FASHION WEEK is on twice a year, the British media like to give the impression that the event it up there with Paris, Milan and New York. It is not. Everywhere has it's fashion week. And just to prove it - take a look at Prishtina 2006 Fall-Winter? Spring-Summer? Can anybody tell me what season this is meant to be?
